The colour pallette gathering inspiration from other pieces of artwork is great. I loved the main project task... however, I'm still such a beginner that when it came to colour I did not do it justice. I feel that my colours might have ended up too saturated and I didn't use them how I wanted to in the end. I might come back to it later but this is what I managed to do in the interim. I like my mouse a lot more than I thought but because I played with a blending brush that smoothed the colours together. Overall the end result is a little sloppy but something that shows I can work to improve upon.
