I did a pearl knotting class once - probably the most boring class ever but it's a useful skill. The pearls came from Chunli at Eastern Character beads on eBay. Her A and AA pearls are usually pretty good.

I have wanted a long silver chain for a while and this was a good opportunity to make one. I think it sits better using jump rings to link the ovals and circles and it makes it easy to adjust the length.
