I really enjoyed this project again! I have a question: the violets and purples that I had at home, seemed a bit too intense. So I used lavender instead. Jane, is there a reason why you sometimes use violets and sometimes lavender? Does that have to do with the palet needed for the subject and the way colours react with each other? I was wondering, if my lavender reacted a bit funny with quinacridone gold in some places. Maybe this is the reason you chose  a different violet in your piece? That would be interesting.
