Overlapping & rotating was a fun technique to learn. I will certainly use this in future projects.  The first two flowers lulled me into a sense of confidence. The third flower was quite a challenge. Through my first three attempts at creating the complicated multi-colored flower, things started falling apart after the trim section. I would successfully transform a petal into 5 copies; but trying to align them and substitute them for those in place became an exercise in futility.  I found myself doing a lot of fiddling around with the arrow keys trying to get rid of a lot of white gaps.  Then I  found myself replacing more than the 4-5 petals with copies of the chosen one.  That made me wonder if I could just take the select trimmed petal and use effect and transform on it with 11 brand new rotated copies to create my new flower. Voila! It worked. I don’t know if this is an acceptable way to do it. But, it worked for me with much less frustration.
