It's funny, I finished this up awhile ago but never got a chance to post it. Also, I thoroughly enjoyed the class – thank you Mary Kate!

But I decided I liked another thumbnail more and so I moved forward with the top right thumbnail I posted above. I loved how the flower interacted with the type. Here's my final ink sketch:
And then, here's the whole thing after re-creating it in Illustrator:

 

And I'm very pleased to say that this design actually got picked up by a greeting card company to produce :)
