Floral Illustrations in Procreate

Some acanthus practice before I have acquired some skills in creating my own type of acanthus:

I like the first one better because the color palette reminds me of Neo Renaissance tiles. Here's another option, which is more pinkish and greenish. But those are colors that I never thought of:

And before I had this design, I was largely following along Liz's class and going through the same design process. Liz's teaching is amazing and because of this class, I now know about William Morris and here's one quote that I really love:

As an amateur in floral designs, I sometimes lose myself in adding details and forget the overall composition. However, it has been such a wonderful process.
