I really enjoyed this class!  This class is the reason I decided to join Skillshare!  The pastries are overbaked and I didn't do the highlights but I'm really happy with how they turned out.  I loved the detailed instruction of the class.  Everything is clear and easy to follow and I learned many new tips.  Please do more classes on food!  Thank you so much!
