I really enjoyed this class. It summarised years of psychologist therapy into 45 minutes with some very helpful exercises that I feel will help in my ongoing journey battling anxiety, perfectionism and depression.

In an attempt to battle my fear of self promotion and even now I'm struggling with the conflicting feelings of not being good enough and bragging, I am uploading a few art pieces that I have done as personal time away from my normal architecture work. For interest sake, they are pencil graphite portraits, with paint and collage.
