For my class project I designed a face inspired by the emotion: paranoia.

These are my conceptual notes where you'll see the inspiration for my design choices. Paranoia is portrayed by showing the character's heightened senses through exaggerated ears and eyes. The off-center pupils suggest this character might have a distorted view of reality :)
