Expressive Eye in Drawing Oils

this is the paper I am using and it goes on nicely. Its what I had available.

Day 1 Miwa, I agree I am going to let it dry some and come back to put in some shadows and few details. It is a slippery slope right now and will have more control if it dries some. I used either my finger, Q-tips, or the brush. For me the silicone blenders seemed to remove it more than blend. But that can be a good thing if you need to lift up some color. Maybe its a bit too wet too. I will try using the silicone blenders when its dryer! Messy but fun! So much has been going on in my life. Mostly good but once I received the drawing oils in the mail I was taken away with so many other things. But here I am....glad I said this is what I am going to work on today! Be back for part two in a few days.

Part 2 I did have a bit of a challenge with the eyelashes as I didn't get the paint as fluid as it really needed. But it worked in the end. I could use more practice with making eyelashes with these paints. Overall this was a lot of fun and a new learning for me. Thanks Miwa, will check out your other classes uses this medium, I think on Youtube?
