Hi Everyone, please see below my example project. This is the kind of thing I would love to see you produce. 5-10 simple greyscale thumbnails, depicting designs for a variety of different landscapes that you have created from your imagination and references. These thumbnails should be demonstrating your new found understanding of the 5 fundamental priniciples:

. Perspective

. Depth

. Value

. Form

. Lighting

Have a play with these elements and see how approaching them differently can create a diverse set of unique landscapes. try and play around with capturing mood, dynamics and story telling with these ideas and feel free to place the representation of characters within them too if you're wanting to.

Please don't feel like you have to stick to the kind of landscapes I have created here though. The sky is the limit and you can really let your imagination run wild here.
