Eggs Benedict-ish & Florentine - student project

The approach with straining the eggs before slowly pouring them into the water worked great for me, they really sticked together and I got two beautiful poached eggs (unfortunately I left them in the water a bit too long, but still delicious).

Thanks for another great course! Really takes away the fear of poaching eggs.
