Sabina, I think this drawing is great as it is. As artists, we also have to know where to stop so our drawing feels fresh and not overworked.
I would suggest for your next drawing to work even further with the volume and construction, like paying attention to where the nose is according to the middle line (on the current drawing it should be maybe slightly to the right).
Find other poses and dogs to challenge yourself with.
You are on the right path. The sky is the limit now.
