Dissy Cosmetic Reborn

This is a on going project that me and my team built from the ground. As for right now, many things such as business process, business model, etc are still building. I will update as soon as the progression were made. For now, lets stick what i have :
1. What is the marketing for?
Marketing is for act of telling story to people who want to hear it, making it so vivid and true that they tell other people. As for now, Dissy doesnt have any. Its just a product of cosmetic.
2. What marketing can touch?
As for now, my manager Mrs. Jennifer touch everything from business process, product, even marketing program.
3. What can we measure?
I was assigned as digital marketing so what i do is creating and managing marketing program. Which mean what i measure is everything in digital such as reach, engagement, followers, subscribers, demography and so on so on.
4. What can we change?
There are two things in modern marketing that we can change : marketing that change the advantage what and needs as they already exist and marketing that change people behavior. Best marketer will change people behavior. As for now, we dont have tools or marketing program to change people behavior so we take advantage what and needs as they already exist which is cosmetic for make up.
5. What promise are going to make?
Integrated marketing division, marketing program, content marketing program, and social media marketing program. Everything will be resulting wider but targeted reach and increasing in sales.
6. What is the hard part?
Reviewing the old team and convincing the owner that the new modern marketing is better. The old marketing team is kind of lack competency to be marketers or even to execute marketing program so that they need to resigned. On the other hand owner still subjective about who should be on board.
7. Should we make trend or follow trend?
I think we should follow trend while we make for new trend so we can be trendsetter.
8. Where is the risk?
As Seth Goddin was said, risk is anything but money. We make marketing division from the ground so i think the risk is just its not what we expected.
9. Who is in charge?
Mrs. Jennifer as marketing manager.
10. What is the money for?
Most of the money will be allocated to social media marketing program such as facebook ads, google ads, and instagram ads.
11. What is the most important way to spent my time?
The most important way is to create social media marketing program, create content marketing program, and analyze everything to make improvement.
