As I used cellulose paper I had to change the background - it wouldn't turn out nicely with cellulose paper the way you did it. Therefore I put masking fluid on my blossoms and added blue and green color as a first watery wash on my painting. After it had dried I painted all the green leaves and stems. Then, after peeling off the masking fluid, I painted the daisies and poppies as you showed in your class. 

My painting is slightly different to yours but I appreciate very much your explanations about painting the flowers. I like it the way it turned out and I will use it as a birthday card for a friend of mine.
