Daily Meditative Art with Pen, Paper, Patterns 2

Thank you, Neha for the suggestions to get into the flow of relaxing art. I found that doing small pages are therapeutic, but not big ones since my hand isnt steady. I chose variations that came naturally to me that gave me the relaxation rather than stress, allowing wonkiness and all. I found myself automatically relating each exercise to my positive reflection. It’s nice to flip through my new sketchbook and see motivational reminders to myself.
