Scenario 1:

 

I will first offer the customer something and then ask him to please calm down and I will listen to all of his requests and ensure him that everything will be solved. I will send him to the manager instead of wasting other costumers and try to solve his issues as soon as possible
So we can return back to normal work.

 

Scenario 2:

 

I will ask them both to make a list of their ideas and then sit with each other and try to bring them to agree on the Points both of them agree. This way we can solve the problem and not have to fight either. Regarding the difference in opinion, I will tell them to make a draw.

 

Scenario 3:

 

I will suggest them to divide the profit into both of their ideas as both of them have the potential to make it more successful and do the both to avoid conflict.

 

Scenario 4:

 

I will suggest them to ask everyone in the ballet studio to cast a vote to find the solution of this issue.
