Because these small sketches are just perfect for keeping up my practice after a long day of work, I wanted to continue the tea cup sketches with this coffee class! I drink my tea every day from mugs and I definitely have favorites. I included a couple here. This was another great class in using watercolor pencils and colored pencils with watercolor and I hope to get into Barbara's bigger location sketching lessons soon when I have more time. I'm also very fond of sketching with water soluble ink, so I tried one of the cups with Diamine Oxford Blue in my Platinum Preppy fountain pen and a waterbrush. Very fun! Thank you!

Edit: added not a coffee cup but my water cup for painting. I love this cup. I wish I would have made the stripes darker, but I will try again.
