Home setup is a Miss Silvia Rancilio with PID and a 3D printer modified Rocky Doserless.

I like a mix of coffees, anything from light roast speciality coffee to dark roasts from roasters I know.

I pull all my shots at 94 degrees as I’ve found that both light and dark roast extract perfectly for my tastes at that temp.
