Such a great class for exploring transparency and glowing light through citrus. The techniques for adding depth and texture were wonderful. I also learned a lot about painting with my quill brushes. I got them a while ago and didn't quite get the hang of it until watching Tanja use them for the demo in this class. They may be one of my favorite brushes now too. 

 

I forgot my masking fluid when I started on the lemon wedge, so I added the highlights at the end with a white gel pen.
