Chibi characters

Chibi characters - student project

This is the first time I try to draw cute Chibi characters! Love the class and the way it flows. Very engaging and easy to follow.

I thought I would just watch the entire class first and then draw.

Alas, I grabbed whatever was near by and started to doodle. Was drawing along with Ecky O.

After several lessons, that's what I have. Side views Chibi head is not very rounded. Need to work more on that.

For the arm poses holding objects, I used white gel pen to "erase" the overlapping lines.

Hope I do not overwhelm you with all my practice sheets! ;-)

These were fun to draw!

Not sure if these are OK? I have hard time deciding how wide the distance between the eyes should be.

Having trouble with the cheek - how flat or how round it should be?

Used a fine liner to go over the Chibis.

How does the head look like?  The side view always make me smile - the facial expression is very mischievous. ; ))))
