Hi Elaine! So glad you made it to this class, since it will reinforce what you learned in my new class Watercolor Collections: Scroll-Stopping Color Themed Art. This project has so many elements and so much movement, and that's exactly what you want to be able to keep the viewer's eyes on your work for longer. Adding the bowl, fish and yarn is a great way to make the best of a painting mishap! Well done! Love the colors and all the poses of the cat, including the cat shadow in the box, which is so clever. The bird and mouse characters add a nice balance too. This is a great example of how a picture book illustrator would create a storyboard for different scenes in a story. Really delightful! Thanks for sharing! :-)
