I am a professional organizer with great experience in transforming complex organizational issues into beautiful design concepts. I believe that the satisfaction of being in an organized and welcoming environment make people more productive and happier, like when I co-leaded and facilitated the layout makeovers of a store’s design to enhance the customer well-being in the store in order to increase the attraction to the merchandise and to improve sales in large scale.

I am an experienced project manager; over 8 years of work in the health industry. I coached and supervised interns helping them to overcome challenges and enhance their skills, however the industries that make my eyes shine brighter are the Arts and Home Design.

I have a wide range of experiences in employee coaching and in managing conflicts in the workplace. I am able to figure out pertinent issues to be solved and provide tips and constructive feedback in a positive manner. I am also a passionate communicator; able to prompt and precisely understand one’s needs. Helping others usually make my day better.
