The HealthConnect Sales Funnel Optimization Project involved leveraging Monday.com to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales process. We created dedicated boards for managing leads, booked appointments, follow-ups, and archived leads. Key automations were implemented to streamline workflows: leads are automatically moved to appropriate boards based on their status, and within each board, they transition between groups such as Contacted, Proposal Sent, and Negotiation as their status updates. This setup ensures seamless transitions, organized tracking, and efficient management of leads throughout the sales pipeline. Additionally, a comprehensive dashboard was developed to visualize key metrics and track overall progress, significantly improving our lead management and conversion rates.
