Yes, a mood board can either be used as inspiration for yourself, like I did with themes about Australia, to help me get into the mood, or a mood board can be used to convey a specific mood, to express it to a broader audience, to colleagues and collaborators, etc. They put all the relevant people in the right mood and flow to feel wat the designer tries to share.  Also, great that you placed the color codes, so that others always know how to accurately replicate the mood you want your brand to convey. Well done!
