Hello Balakrishna, Thanks for sharing your project! I love the absolutely striking look of that r!! If you'd like some feedback, I think you're on the right track. I've tried to flourish that word as well, and it's not an easy one! My thought process was to write out the word as it is first. Then identify the spaces I want to fill to create a cartouche. Then remembering that the easiest places to add flourishes are first and last letters, as well as ascenders and descenders. And then I played with a couple options. The calligraphy rule of basic ovals and equal distance still holds, so we should always aim to have the loops either horizontal or following the angle, and you're already doing a great job at that! The next step would be practicing that they're roughly the same size.
