Brand Presentation

Thank you so much for your informative courses! I really like your methods and I've tried to apply everything in my presentation. I hope I did it correctly.
I don't have clients yet, so I did a design for a fictitious company that rents luxury lodges in the mountains. They are luxurious, welcoming and friendly. The questionnaire says that they want their brand to carry a rugged feel of the outdoors whilst being inviting and attractive. They also asked that their icon shows a lodge in the shape of an 'M', the first letter of their name.
I'm not sure about slide 12. I don't know if all three are actual values, maybe it's the wording, I don't know. But it's all I could come up with.
Also wanted to ask about slide 22. I haven't made logo variations before and I really like the full logo presentation, but I understand it's not always possible to use that version. So, do my variations make sense or is there something else I could do?
What is your opinion on my presentation? Do you have suggestions to make it better?
