Bramble Cocktail

For this class project, I made a Bramble using 50 ml gin, 25 ml fresh lemon juice, 10 ml sugar syrup and 20 ml sirup blackberry because i did not h

ave liquer, served over crushed ice.

I really enjoyed this cocktail because it is fresh, fruity and well balanced. The combination of gin, citrus and blackberry works beautifully together.

I also really enjoyed Dan Fellows’ videos because everything is explained clearly and step by step, which makes the techniques easy to understand and follow
