Braided brioche bread & buns
Very impressed with the outcome of this course. First of all, a new appreciation for good brioche bread - the amount of work needed is crazy. But every hour was worth it. Learned a lot and got delicious bread and buns as a result.
I made two braided breads
The proofing in the oven with the water worked great! And very happy with the outcome.
Used the remaining dough for custard buns (without the icing) and a mini version of the cinnamon rolls. The custard buns are amazing!
Will try this recipe again! Thanks for the course!
