First I got my drawing and watercolor supplies together.

 

After surfing my favorite browser, botanicals seemed like a good inspiration for the project theme.

Then I made a list of all my elements using the worksheet from the class Workbook in the Resources link in the Projects & Resources tab under the green Create Project button.

 

Using my sketchpad I strategized my elements and made notes around the page until I was happy.

 

I made my final sketch on watercolor paper, making any adjustments along the way.

 

I chose 5 colors I wanted to use for the project.

 

After that, I painted my project, keeping my colors balanced throughout the composition.

 

And finally, I inked around all the elements to give them a finished look. I'm going to use my project as a sticker sheet!  :-)
