I've been keeping track of my personal finances for the last 3 years on my bullet journal and on the Notes app of my phone.
Now that I've started working as a freelancer as side hustle I'm going to start using an Excel sheet to keep track of the business financials.
Also, I already use Evernote so I'll start using it for keeping digital copies of my receipts.
