Dear Marie,

thanks for your inspiration....I immediately jumped into my stash of fabric scraps and decided to choose scraps in complementary colours.

Finally I used the piece as a cover for my handmade journal. I used the pamphlet stitch to sew the signatures and some buttons and beads as an embellishment.

Perfect meditation for a rainy november day :-)
