thank you for your email and for considering me being a part of this project, I’m really pleased.

I went carefully through the creative brief and as the concept is clear to me I would like to confirm few details before we finally agree on cooperation. Here is the list:

• Could you please specify the deadlines for both front cover and interior pages?
• How many inside illustrations do you plan to put in the book?
• Do you consider any other hand written texts in the book except the book title?
• Is there any color you prefer to be used on the book cover?
• What is the format of delivery? Which file transfer system do you prefer for the art delivery?
• Would you be comfortable with maximum three rounds of changes for the final artwork?
• Finally I would kindly ask you to send me a draft of contract or licensing arrangements for this project.
