This is such a sweet birthday card- your use of colour and style are very effective! All the elements work well together and I particularly love the bees- so cute! The variation in sizing of your decorative elements also helps with balance. My only suggestion would be to maybe consider how elements overlap/interact with each other. For example, where the B of Birthday almost touches the flower below it- I would either have some more space between the elements or have it overlap even more to create a more intentional effect. This is me being super nitty gritty about it though, you've done such a fabulous job! I hope you had fun creating this :)
