Birch Wallpaper

I live in Alaska and Birch are all over the place, so I decided to use one of my birch inspired paintings as inspiration for the repeat pattern.
It was a challenge to make it precise but following the instructions and being patient really paid off.
I loved to try different color palettes and decided on a minimalistic one to match the aesthetics of my house. (Also it was my husband’s favorite)
The experience of ordering samples was great too, and all I learned here motivate me to create more patterns!
Here’s the final result!
I was planing to install it on a different wall, but I got to excited to notice the patter was backwards and trimmed the light switch off the paper… so I had to improvise and ended up covering the laundry cabinet as well.
I love how it gives the the feet of a box coming out of the wall.
Thanks Ellie for explaining everything with such detail and patience, I acquired new skills that I’m definitely keep on using. This was an exciting experience for me!
