Alo Vera Shampoo Making

Thank you Teacher, for sharing this insightful course on shampoo making! I really appreciated the detailed instructions, which helped me immensely in creating my own version of an Aloe Vera shampoo.
In this project, I’ve followed the key steps you taught but added a personal touch by including Aloe Vera juice, which I found beneficial for hydration and hair health. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the ingredients and steps I used to create my 1kg Aloe Vera shampoo:
Ingredients for 1kg Aloe Vera Shampoo:
Aloe Vera Juice (blend of Aloe Vera and water, slightly warmed): 600g
Cocamidopropyl Betaine: 250g (for cleansing and foaming)
Vegetable Glycerin: 50g (for hydration)
Xanthan Gum: 5g (for thickening)
Rosemary Oil: 10 drops (for fragrance)
Green Food-Grade Color: 2 drops (For color)
Preservative: 5g (to increase shelf life)
Making Step:
Prepare the Aloe Vera Base: First, I lightly warmed 600g of Aloe Vera juice in a pan. This gentle heating step was done to ensure any bacteria are eliminated, making the base safer and more stable.
Mix Glycerin and Xanthan Gum: In a separate container, I mixed 50g of glycerin with 5g of xanthan gum. This helps create a smooth texture and makes it easier to blend with other ingredients.
Add Cocamidopropyl Betaine: Slowly add 250g of Cocamidopropyl Betaine to the Aloe Vera juice, stirring gently to minimize foam.
Incorporate the Glycerin-Gum Mixture: Gradually add the glycerin and xanthan gum mixture into the Aloe Vera and Betaine mixture, stirring continuously for a well-blended consistency.
Add Preservative: To extend the shelf life, I added 5g of preservative to the mixture.
Green Color: Finally, I added 10 drops of rosemary essential oil for fragrance and 2 drops of green color to give it a fresh look.
Thank you once again Teacher, for the guidance and inspiration. This course has been invaluable in teaching me the essentials of shampoo making, and I look forward to experimenting further!
