I really enjoyed this class and learning pointed pen calligraphy. I’ve been learning calligraphy for about 6 weeks now and it’s been a great experience. For the project, I actually wrote the addresses on oslo paper from the Philippines that my daughter uses for some of her drawings. I used fountain pen ink that is from a second hand store because the sumi ink I used for the class was 12+ years old and presented a lot of issues every time it was diluted. I had soo many issues with ink consistency using the old sumi ink. The ink I used feathers a bit on the oslo paper and any drops of water seems to make it disappear, but it works much better on laser paper. Any critique or suggestions for improvement is greatly appreciated.
