Abigail
This is the character I have design for the "Drawing Comics: A Beginner's guide" class that I like enough to share for this class. The premise was a young girl obsessed with stuffed bunnies, so I wanted some sort of middle schooler. I also decides that she would be wealthy, which me thinking she would go to some sort of private school with a uniform. This lead to the concept of how she very carelessly modified the school outfit with various bunny patches she make herself. My favorite design choice was to make her hair resemble the ears of a lopped ear bunny

For poses, I wanted something that portrayed her very carefree personality as well as her love of bunnies. While I like the pose on the left, I went with the middle pose as it convoy much more energy and personality.

I started with a basic pencil sketch before bringing it into Krita for inking.

As for colors, I went a blue scheme for the uniform and various pinks for the bunny patches as a way to make them the focal point of the illustration. The background gradients were added to it less empty, but it did get the illustration a dreamy aspect to it.
Overall, I'm very happy with the final result.
