I'm currently in the research phase.There are several small charts that give general ideas of types of wine to serve with food, but I cook a lot of different foods and find them too limiting.

Research is mostly accomplished, the amount of data is huge.  I've got a good start on the chart, obviously I'll be adding more design around the outside, the inside will be *filled* with lines, and I've only started putting the info about each varietal in,but here's the start.
