Midjourney didn't work, so I used another AI generator to provide my inspiration (below). I liked several elements from this reference image that I incorporated into my concept like the dripping look of the icecream. And then I went with my own cone base to give it a more traditional look. I also decided to keep the head simple so it was more traditional kawaii look.

And then after I finished modeling my bunny, I added some floating sprinkles. Here's the final render.
