I watched your recent Someone 2 Know story with Ivan Woods showcasing the importance of supporting young filmmakers, and it made me think you might be interested in another young filmmaker who has an upcoming short film premiere this Saturday.

Scott Sunderland is a 17 year old local Reno filmmaker, who has just created an 11 minute short film that follows Lonnie, a young girl confronting the weight of her past while navigating an unexpected night on the job - shot entirely on iPhone. The film was shot during both the devastating Hawk Fire and Stallion Fire, and his perseverance was fueled by this project being his first ever short film that he wrote and directed.
