My name is Jeff Finley, I'm a freelance illustrator and designer. Despite outward signs of success, I was struggling internally with anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. I decided to start waking up early to focus on doing things that made me happy and fulfilled.

Thought there were some good pieces of information here! A different approach that promotes overall happiness as the basis of productivity! I know this is true and encourage you to take action.
