About This Class

This class is #5 in a series called the Ultimate Excel Course.

In this class you will learn how to use Lookup Functions in Excel. From the powerful VLOOKUP Function and Beyond.

The VLOOKUP function is Excel's most well-known lookup function. It is often misunderstood and causes problems for Excel users.

This function is heavily used in business. It is often found linking data between sheets, comparing two lists or speeding up date entry and accuracy through lookup tables.

In this class VLOOKUP is explained inside-out. Two examples are demonstrated to get a feel for why this function is so important.

We don't stop there though. There is a lesson that demonstrates an advanced version of VLOOKUP by creating a dynamic column index number. And then we look at a more flexible alternative lookup formula.

The Excel files used during the class are provided so that you can follow along. You can then take on the project exercises to test your skills in action.

Please post any questions in the discussion area and I will get back to you.

Grab a coffee, enrol and let's do this.

Please note that this is class #5 in a series called the Ultimate Excel Course.
