About This Class
Are you feeling stressed? You are not alone. Stress is unavoidable, and it can affect everyone of us in different ways. This is why it is important to understand what causes you stress and to learn ways of managing it before it becomes hazardous to your health.
Some stress is good for us, but it's the excess stress (good or bad), which can cause us harm. I know from personal experience how harmful excess stress can be. I am Robin Sawyer; I will be your instructor for this course through skill share. I have over 20 years of experience as a guidance counselor, and I am also a certified life coach with experience in stress management.
I will teach you how to become aware of the different stressors in your life, and to develop effective management tools that you can incorporate in your everyday life.
In this course you will learn to identify what your stressors are and to explore different ways of managing them, so you can take back your life.

Hi, I am Robin Sawyer. I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Education Counseling. I'm also a National Certified Counselor and I have a Life Coaching Certificate in Health & Wellness and in Stress Management. In 2014 I authored & self- published; “Robin’s Gluten-Free Cookbook: Healthy Eating & Living with Diabetes” which is sold on Amazon.
