About This Class

So I decided to make a very simple no-bake, strawberry lemon lime Cheesecake that is actually good for you as it’s free from gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and sugar!

Here are the ingredients:

Crust:
1 1/2 cups almonds
2 Tbs coconut oil
Pinch of salt
Dash of pure stevia powder, Erythritol or sugar substitute

Cheesecake Filling:
3 cups blanched almonds
2 cup raw cashews or more almonds
Canned coconut milk
1/4 tsp pure stevia powder to taste (see notes for sub)
17 Tbs coconut oil
1 Tbs vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Lime Layer:
1/3 cup lime juice
2 Tbs lime zest
2 large handfuls fresh spinach

Lemon Layer:
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 Tbs lemon zest
1/8 to 1/4 tsp turmeric optional - for color

Strawberry Layer:
About 9 Strawberries
1/3 cup lemon juice

1. Vegan Cheesecake Introduction: Oh, hi there. And welcome to the first episode off baking with today's episode of I'm Gonna Do a No vain lemon lime and strawberry cheesecake. And this cheesecake is actually happy for you. And it has a secret ingredients. And make sure to watch the baby until the end to find out what the secret brilliance ISS I've already path of cheesecake and here it ISS. You can see the cheesecake features amazing colors. It has lime, lemon and strawberry layers, so that's not go through each and re end and show you what exactly you need, so you can replicate this at home. 2. Vegan Cheesecake Ingredients : 1.5 cups of elements 19 tablespoons of coconut oil, sold and sugar or sugar. Substitute three cups of almas and two cups of cashew nuts, one cup of coconut milk, one tablespoon vanilla extract, 1/4 cup of lime shoes and two tablespoons of lime zest, quarter cup of lemon juice and two tablespoons of lemon zest about 1/4 of a tablespoon off tumeric for color. Nine strawberries and two handfuls off the secret ingredient. And to find out what the secret ingredient is, keep watching the video until the end. Now back to recognize number. 3. Vegan Cheesecake Base: So the first step is to blend honors. What do you use this machine right here? Black. Our step to wearing two spoons of coconut oil. Now, this is not liquid yet, as you can tell. So it's gonna add about this much and then probably that again. Next up, I'm adding a pinch of sold on stevia, but don't have stevia. Some adding a substitute will at this all in the description below. And now I have to believe this all together. All right. The recipe recommended to add a splash of water to make us come together a little more. So I'm just adding a tiny bitch. Now I'm using my hands to make this all come together a little more wallah. And now I'm taking the pan on putting the base ingredients into a pan. And I should also mention that I have an eight inch pound and it's quite high, as you can see, which is ideal for this kind of cheesecake. Anyways, now I'm putting the baseline into this power putting injured this pound, making it flat like this. All right, so now this needs to go into the freezer 4. Vegan Cheesecake Green Layer: Okay, Next up, I'm blending some nuts, and I'm letting a mixture our next time bending some nuts. And I've been in two cups of armaments and one off cash. OK, now it's time to add the rest of the ingredients a cup of coconut milk, and that's you can see I'm using a little more than account my sugar substitute and some vanilla extract. Cheesecake flavor drops. And this is optional. 2345 Thank you. Okay. And time Spoons off coconut oil. All right, step in another off 10. I guess this is about 10. And now it's time to blend this. All right. Next step to take a cup and 1/2 and put it in this boat. Who also let me try it. Try it. Very good. All right. One cup. It's tough. All right. So here we have the secret off this cheesecake pool, which I mentioned earlier. This is the secret. It's spinach. So I won't be able to taste this finish. And you won't be able to taste the spinach, but it will make the cheesecake look amazing. So now this is line on. This is the skin off the line. This is two hands full of spinach right away. True. And this is 1/3 of a cup off lime juice. And then here we have the skin off life amounts. Time to mix this again. It's not the kind of changed. It's a nice green time to taste it. I am. You cannot taste the spinach actual. That's the secret of this cheesecake. All right, now it's time to get the baby out of the freezer. Put the tough things on top this frozen. All right. Now it's time to spread this green goodness onto this bottom layer, and I have to put this back into the freezer. 5. Vegan Cheesecake Next layers: all right. Now it's time for the next layer. So ending the same lovely going, pasty stuff actually agreed, but yummy. In here. Next up, wearing some lemon juice on the skin, off limits on a little bit of turmeric. Now it's time to let it again. My favorite, as you can see here, it's not yellow yet. Some adding more off the tumeric. And now I'm smoothing out this layer. Now I'm gonna put this back into the freezer, Okay? Next up, making a strawberry layer. So I have a few strawberry's here to keep this light pink college and put them on fast because that's a little frozen. Next up, somewhat nuts. Next, hot cup of coconut milk. Next up. Coconut oil again. But this is again fully melted, so it should be about seven spoons off coconut milk. Coconut oil. So totally should be about seven spoons off coconut or next up. We have half a lemon, and here we have grown, sold on sugar substitute. And then here we have vanilla flavour again, and this is half a teaspoon again. All right, here we have optional cheesecake flavor drops. Again. I'm going to use 10 announced time to blend are, as you can tell, this is still pretty white. So I'm gonna add some more strawberries. I think this is a very nice life. Pink shaved. Tasted. Yeah. Good. Stop. Nice and sweet Here. We have a beautiful cake with two layers. So far. Nicely. This might be my favorite layer. Okay, Now stands to go back in the freezer for about five hours. I'm gonna put it back, all right? 6. Vegan Cheesecake Final Version: finally, all right. Trying to get the case out off the freezer. Nice. Look at this. Okay, so the case is still very frozen, so I had to put this knife in boiling hot water and hopefully I can do this now and try. I got there it is. It's coming. I could see if the head is coming through. I got it. I got it. Now the moment has come over trying for the first time. It's ready. It looks beautiful. Companies have done this open taste as good as it looks. Let me try a little bit and Oh, my God, that's so good. But also thick rich. So what? This piece of that camera, it appears quite small, but because this is so rich, who is actually gonna be quite enough? Wow. And that's trying kiwi as well. When the chocolate on top. Now, let me feed a little bit. True. My making Come right, person. Okay. This is the end of the video. Once again. The recipe for this is underneath this video. I encourage you to try this at home.
