Project Description

Dear Learners,

Before you proceed with course I would recommend you to download the Kaizen Resource file from the attached resources. After covering the Basic and Theory concepts of Kaizen we will move towards practical problem solving using MS Excel. This file will be helpful in understanding the concepts better and practice the application of Kaizen as we move ahead in the course.

I have also added some Bonus Lectures from my course 7 Tools of Quality. The Downloadable Practice Sheet will also be Helpful for Understanding and Practicing these tools better.

As a Project You can use the same Raw data Provided in the File or your own data and try to recreate a report using the tools mentioned in the lectures. You can then Upload the screenshots of the same as your completed Project and as a Proof of Learning.

Also once you have completed the course you can take up a small Project within your workspace and Present the same in the attached Template format used in the Course either in Powerpoint or as a screenshot of your Excel File.
