Very informative and clear class, showing best practices about how to run usability testing and how to do heuristic evaluation so you can incorporate regular tests to your workflow.
For someone who is just starting to learn usability, it is extremely helpful. For me to listen and watch her talk through the different types of testing, what and why usability matters is extremely enlightening for me to use in my work.
