1. Introduction : Welcome and thank you for joining me. My name is Diana, and I am a creative enthusiast, artist, dancer, and consciousness mentor. As creatives, there are moments when we may doubt our creative path and forget momentarily why we create. In this course, I will guide you through a series of visualizations and a writing session that will help you embrace your creative path. All you need is an open-mind and the journal to write in. We will explore themes such as gratitude and releasing doubt. While strengthening our creative imagination. I encourage you to listen to the visualization of your choice before creating. And same goes for the writing portion. For the writing portion, I also encourage you to come back to the video monthly so that you can see your growth. Are you ready? Let's journey back to our authentic creative selves. 2. Gratitude Visualization: Welcome to this gratitude visualization for creatives. In this visualization, we will reconnect with our creative accomplishments. When you are ready, find a comfortable area. And let's begin. Close your eyes and take three mindful breaths. Inhaling through your nose and out through your mouth. Continue to breathe. Relax your shoulders and sink deeper into your seat. Now, imagine your breath as a color, your favorite color. The more you breathe, the more of this color expand. As you envision this color expanding, you notice a room forming. It is as if this color create a faded this room. And you are in the middle of it. You notice pictures on the walls. A large desk with your creative tools and bookshelves mounted on the wall. Take a moment to look around and enjoy what you see. As you scan the room, you notice a large vintage TreasureChest with gold trimming. Intrigued by what's inside, you walk over to the treasure chest and open it. You can hear the creaking sound coming from the hinges of the treasure chest. Once you open it, you look inside. And S3 objects. These objects represent your creative accomplishments. Take some time to pick each object up and remember how you felt when you reached each accomplishment. As you said, the last object down, you slowly close the treasure chests and seal it closed with the lock. You'll walk over to the large desk that has your creative tools. And you notice a pen and a blank sheet of paper. Take this moment to write down a recent creative discovery that you are proud of. As you set the pen down, you walk over to the middle of the room and take one last glance around the room. A sense of gratitude comes over you. The room begins to slowly dissolve and you start to come back to you. Take a deep breath in and roll the shoulders back and slowly wiggle your toes. Take a moment to say thank you for all that you have accomplished so far on your creative journey. You can say this out loud or quietly to yourself. Whenever you're ready, you may open your eyes. Thank you for joining me today. 3. Release Doubt Visualization : Welcome to this visualization for creatives. In this video, we will be using creative visualization to release doubt and other creative blockages. When you are ready, find a comfortable area. And let's begin. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath in and out. Inhaling through the nose and out the mouth. Roll the shoulders back. Take another deep breath in and out. Focus on your breathing. Notice how peacefully it feels as your chest and belly rise and fall. I will now count down from ten to one. And when I reach one, you will be at a relaxed state of mind. Ten, 987654321. You have now reached a relaxed state of mind. Now, imagine a garden with a small pond tree surround this beautiful garden. As birds soar above them. You can hear there's soft chirping sounds. The weather is perfect. You can smell a faint scent of roses and nature. You walk over to the pond and notice that the water is still. For a moment. You can see your reflection in the pond. As you look up, you notice an easel with a blank canvas set up next to a would install. You walk over to the canvas and make yourself comfortable. You decide to touch the canvas with your hand. And immediately a painted picture appears. This picture reveals your doubts. What do you see? How do you feel? If it's blank? That's okay. You can envision a painted color. Be open to this experience. After some time, you start to observe the texture of the canvas. The colors and brush strokes. He touched the canvas again. And this time the picture disappears. You realize it was just an illusion. A paintbrush then appears in your hand and you decide to paint. The creative version of you that you want to be. Take some time to create this. What do you feel or see? Be as creative and imaginative as possible? As you finish the last minute details. You set the paintbrush down and take a step back to admire your creation. This creation is a part of you. And it has always been a part of you. You walk over to the pond and look down to see your reflection. The reflection you see is the one you painted. You take one more look at your garden and your painting. And you save it by knowing that you can come back anytime. Now, take a deep breath in. And I will now count down from ten to one. And when I reach one, you feel rejuvenated. 10987654321. You are now rejuvenate. You may open your eyes at anytime. Thank you for joining me. 4. Love Your Creative Journey Visualization: Welcome to this visualization for creatives. In this video, we will take a peaceful adventure into our creative journey using visualization. When you are ready, find a comfortable area. And let's begin. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath in and out. Allow your breath to take the lead. As you continue to inhale through the nose and out through the mouth. This is our time to be present with our breath. Take a moment to focus on your shoulders. The more you Bree, the more they sink in and relax. Now, focus on your arms, your hands, your legs, your feet, your chess. Now, imagine your heart space. Breathe into that area. As you continue to breathe. Imagine a colorful light expanding from your heart space. Take a moment to feel this expansion. Imagine a marble stone trail with tall oak trees surrounding it. You can feel a light breeze on your face. Intrigued by where this path may lead to. You decide to take a walk. Up ahead. You notice someone sitting on a large rock reading a book. They seem familiar to you. As you approach them, you realize that it's someone who has inspired you on your creative journey. They look up at you and greet you normally. I am so happy to see you. They said, I have something to show you. They begin walking in front of you, leading you further into the path. Until you notice a beautiful cabin. As you approach this cabin, they open the door and you both walk in. You notice how large this cabin is. And it's decorated beautifully with vintage furniture and pictures on the walls. You can smell sentiment coming from the stove top. Continued to lead you into a hallway. And you notice two beautiful doors. They opened the first store. And you walk in. What you see is a room full of your creative memories. You come across your creative tools, old projects, and photos. Take a moment to look around. What do you feel? What do you see? As you look around? You notice a box with your name on it. You walk over to it and open the box. Inside is an envelope with your name and you open the envelope and pull out a photo. This photo is a memory of you creating for the first time. As you set the photo down and close the box, a sense of peace comes over you. As you walk out into the hallway. You walk towards the second door. They opened the door for you. And as you walk in, you see a beautiful large room full of vintage current and a chandelier and a table with your favorite foods. In the background. You can hear someone playing guitar. Starting from the corner of the room. You see a group of people that you know, walking towards you. These people are the ones who have encouraged to inspired you and support you on your creative path. They are here to celebrate you and your creative journey. Take some time to visualize who is there. What are they saying to you? And how to feel. After some time? He know that it's time to say goodbye. You think everyone for coming. As you walked out of the door, you continue walking until you reach the front door. Before you walk out. Your host hands you the book that they were reading when you saw them on your path. This book is your story. And it's filled with your creative accomplishment. There is so much more waiting to be written. They said, continue to create and continue to create your story. You thank them for everything. And walk outside. You feel at peace. You start to bring the awareness back to you. Take a deep breath in and out. Slowly. Wiggle your fingers. Slowly. Roll your shoulders back. And whenever you are ready, open your eyes. Thank you for joining me on this experience. 5. Writing Session For Creatives: Welcome to this writing session for creatives.
