About This Class

Hello dear class, what a beautiful beautiful day. Today we cook fried rice. I choose this simple and versatile dishes so it can sure meet anyone's need. Because once you know the basic principal, you can add any stir fry to your rice. Here is the recipe:

1. Fried rice with meat, egg and veggies:

Ingredients:

4 cups of steamed rice

2 eggs, beaten with fork

2 cups of vegetable of your choice (I have Chinese green cabbage handy, so that's it)

1/4 lb of ground meat, may it be chick, pork, lamb, beef

1 tablespoonful of ginger, Julian cut,

1 tablespoonful of green onion, cut

Salt, and pepper to taste,

1 tablespoon of soy sauce,

1 tablespoon of cooking wine,

2 tablespoons of cooking oil.

Cooking:

Put a large non-stick pan on the stove top. Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and heat up till oil is hot. 

Pour in beaten egg to cook 2 minutes, then take out.

Put in ginger, onion, salt pepper to cook for 2 minutes till the fragrance comes out. Put in meat to cook for 10 minutes while adding in salt, pepper, soy sauce and cooking wine.  

Add in scrambled egg and  veggies into the wok. Cover with steamed rice and simmer for 5 minutes. 

Mix the all the ingredients and simmer an extra couple of minutes.

Take out and enjoy.

1 tablespoonful of ginger, Julian cut,
