About This Class

3efda0fe

In this class, you will learn some basic productivity techniques that focus on decreasing personal effort while maximizing results. You will learn to identify High Value Tasks or tasks that contribute the most value to your work while also being mindful of tasks that are considered Low Value, that could be delegated, eliminated or procrastinated on. We also discuss Deadtime or time throughout the day that is mostly used to complete automatic behaviors, which can be used to boost your productivity and confidence level in your own abilities. Lastly, you'll learn why, when it comes to productivity, slow and steady wins the race and why taking scheduled breaks as well as minimizing multitasking will benefit you in the long run.

Disclaimer
This class is meant to be at an Introductory Level with regards to the research discussed and productivity methods mentioned. It does not attempt to cover all aspects of productivity research as it is beyond its scope.
